We’re in love with you and want you to be happy with them!
Please note that returns must ship out within 14 calendar days of receipt – no exceptions will be made. All other returns up until 30 days of receipt will be processed as a store credit emailed to your inbox. Items must be in new & unworn condition with all original tags (please see policy below). You will receive an email once the return has been processed.
Custom order cannot be returned.
How to return your online order:
- Reply to your order confirmation or email email@example.com to initiate the return.
- Print the return label emailed to your inbox.
- Fill out the return authorization and include in package.
- Package the styles in all original packaging – cover all previous labels.
- Drop off with the shipping carrier on return label.
Returned Merchandise must be:
- Free of any alterations or damages.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags, attached.
- We do not offer refunds
- For hygiene reasons cosmetics, earrings, undergarments cannot be returned.
- Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- All SALE items are not redeemable for exchange or store credit.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We process all returns within 7-14 business days of receiving your items.
We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
